Fee for professional service is based upon years of experience, level of training, value and expertise.
A good faith estimate (GFE) will be provided during your intake session for therapy clients. We will collaboratively explore your unique treatment needs and course of recommended care. As an insurance-friendly practice we work with all major insurers to help you access benefits for high quality services.
If for some reason your insurance plan is not on our practice list, we can still help access out-of-network benefits.

Sliding Scale: The Practice is dedicated to serving those who serve us. We provide a sliding scale for first responders including active and retired fire and rescue service, law enforcement, military members and teachers to support access to quality care. Contact us for a free consultation.
No Show/Cancellation Policy: The scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of a specific time set aside dedicated to your care. Therefore, a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment. There is a $100.00 fee for late cancellations and no shows sessions.
Letters for Emotional Support and Service Animals Disclosure: Due to Practice policy and regulation guidelines, we are unable to write certification letters for psychiatric animals.
