Dr. Bennett is a subject matter expert in psychology with over 20 years of experience in being of service to others. She brings passion, depth, and perspective to her work with clients from all walks of life, including students, individuals at early, mid, and later stages of their careers, and those in high-profile or high-responsibility roles.

Dr. Bennett has extensive experience supporting both individuals and aspiring mental health professionals through her work as a psychologist, clinical supervisor, university instructor, and through leadership experience in government and big tech healthcare.

Known for her warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative approach, Dr. Bennett is committed to meaningful and transformative therapeutic work. She creates a psychologically safe space that supports client growth, enhance self-awareness, build resilience, and help clients integrate insight to promote practical, sustainable changes. Her work is informed by mindfulness-based and evidence-based approaches and thoughtfully tailored to each client’s goals, needs, and lived experience.
